High school students from all over the state bring their best menus and restaurant concepts to win the honor of competing for the national title in May 2025 in Baltimore, MD! 

The ProStart Invitational features a culinary competition where students prepare a 3-course meal using only butane burners with no running water or electricity and a management competition where students present their concepts “Shark Tank” style to a panel of judges. 

Supporting this event is an excellent way to encourage future chefs and restauranteurs while they experience firsthand the hospitality that our industry is known for.
