Certificate of Achievement

The National ProStart Certificate of Achievement (COA) is an industry-recognized credential that is awarded to students who have successfully completed the ProStart requirements by:

*Passing both the Level 1 and Level 2 exams

*Earning 400 industry experience hours outside the classroom

*Successfully proficient with a minimum of 52 out of 75 industry specific competencies

Students who meet those goals will earn their COA which in turn:

*Shows future employers that you are serious about a career in the restaurant, foodservice and hospitality industry.

*Allows you to receive articulation credit at numerous select colleges throughout the U.S. that are eager to work with ProStart students. Review the ProStart Student Passport for more details.
